EWC Calling for "Employee Pain Points Presentations"

The European Works Council Representatives wishes to take  next annual meeting as an opportunity to collect organisational pain points and present them to EMEA Top Management.

Workflow processes, Self Service, Internal Competition - Any inappropriate process is welcome to try to figure out how we may improve Oracle Employee life.
